Inhealthcare has created 20 new tech jobs in the Yorkshire region to help the company meet growing NHS and private sector demand for its remote patient monitoring services.
The move comes after the company has secured a number of new business wins. These include the national contract to scale up Scotland’s remote monitoring pathways, the expansion of virtual wards across southern England and collaboration on a data-sharing project to alert community providers when patients are admitted to hospital.

The new tech-based roles that Inhealthcare will be recruiting for include app developers, automation testers, test analysts, technical authors and product specialists.
These are alongside other business roles being created including account managers, deployment and training managers and training and support executives. With the 20 new roles being created it will bring the Inhealthcare team to 44 employees.
The company supports more than 50 NHS trusts in England and provides digital health services to the five health and social care trusts in Northern Ireland.
During the Covid pandemic, Inhealthcare delivered the UK’s largest remote monitoring programme, Oximetry @home, across southern England. The programme supported 25,000 covid patients using a number of inclusive communication channels: smartphone ap, web browser, SMS text, landline or direct contact from a clinician.
Clinicians are now using the same infrastructure to deliver virtual wards to help patients self-manage conditions like COPD, asthma, diabetes and hypertension.
